'Good Vibrations' by The Beach Boys |
Lyrics of "Good Vibrations"
I, I love the colorful clothes she wears
And the way the sunlight plays upon her hair
I hear the sound of a gentle word
On the wind that lifts her perfume through the air
I'm pickin' up good vibrations
She's giving me excitations
I'm pickin' up good vibrations
(Oom bop bop good vibrations)
She's giving me excitations
(Oom bop bop excitations)
Good good good good vibrations
(Oom bop bop)
She's giving me excitations
(Oom bop bop excitations)
Good good good good vibrations
(Oom bop bop)
She's giving me excitations
(Oom bop bop excitations)
Close my eyes
She's somehow closer now
Softly smile, I know she must be kind
When I look into her eyes
She goes with me to a blossom world
I'm pickin' up good vibrations
She's giving me excitations
I'm pickin' up good vibrations
(Oom bop bop good vibrations)
She's giving me excitations
(Oom bop bop excitations)
Good good good good vibrations
(Oom bop bop)
She's giving me excitations
(Oom bop bop excitations)
Good good good good vibrations
(Oom bop bop)
She's giving me excitations
(Oom bop bop excitations)
(Ahhhhhhh)
(Ah my my what elation)
I don't know where but she sends me there
(Ah my my what a sensation)
(Ah my my what elations)
(Ah my my what)
Gotta keep those lovin' good vibrations
A happenin' with her
Gotta keep those lovin' good vibrations
A happenin' with her
Gotta keep those lovin' good vibrations
A happenin'
Ahhhhhhhh
Good good good good vibrations
(Oom bop bop)
(I'm pickin' up good vibrations)
She's giving me excitations
(Oom bop bop)
(Excitations)
Good good good good vibrations
(Oom bop bop)
She's na na...
Na na na na na
Na na na
Na na na na na
Na na na
Do do do do do
Do do do
Do do do do do
Do do do

The Beach Boys
The American rock band whose soothing melodies and distinctive vocal web defined the early life culture of cars, surfing, and romance, replicating southern California is ‘The Beach Boys’, which was formed in 1961.
The original group members of this band were Brian Wilson, Dennis Wilson, Carl Wilson, Michael Love and Alan Jardine. Noteworthy members like David marks and Bruce Johnston were included later. Many changes in both musical styles and workforce have occurred during their career. The Beach Boys officially broke up in 1998 and currently the members are not the same as before, however Mike Love and Bruce Johnston uphold the rights to the name and persist to tour with their own band as The Beach Boys.

All the way through , the Beach Boys have not only been "America's band," but possibly one of the best American rock bands ever selling well over 65 million records globally. They produced the classic “California Girls” in 1965 followed by the hit song, Good Vibrations which was composed and produced by Brian Wilson whereas written by Wilson and Mike Love. It was described as “a pocket symphony” by Brian. The song turned out to be the biggest hit of The Beach Boys to date and considered one of the greatest rock singles of all the time.
After the popularity of Good Vibrations, the group faced period of declining commercial success but later, 1967 album Wild Honey included hits followed by Friends in 1968 as well. In 1975, the Beach Boys staged a very flourishing joint concert tour with Chicago.
